- Maintain strict health & safety standards and ensure full compliance with regulations
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues swiftly and effectively
- Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
- Drive productivity while maintaining exceptional build quality
What We re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential housebuilding
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and health & safety
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (or equivalent)
