Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of company vehicles, including maintenance records, usage, and condition
  • Schedule and oversee routine servicing, inspections, and repairs
  • Coordinate vehicle allocation and scheduling to meet operational needs
  • Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle performance
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including insurance, registration, and local regulations
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure high service standards
  • Support initiatives to optimise fleet efficiency and reduce environmental impact

About You

  • Previous experience in fleet management, logistics, or a similar role (desirable)
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage records accurately
  • Able to work effectively with external suppliers and internal teams
  • Interest in sustainability and operational efficiency
