Manufacturing Engineer 4 day Week Dungannon Salary £35,000 to £40,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join a forward-thinking engineering environment. This role focuses on developing and improving manufacturing systems, processes, and equipment to maximise safety, quality, and delivery while minimising production costs. Key Responsibilities *Plan, coordinate, and implement efficient and cost-effective production methods for sub-assemblies and final product builds *Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues *Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions *Introduce and maintain best practice standard work on the shop floor to improve safety, quality, and efficiency *Develop ergonomic processes aligned with Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles *Support production through active participation in cross-functional teams *Lead new product introduction activities including design for manufacture (DFM) reviews *Establish manufacturing processes and support production launches *Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing systems and procedures Requirements *Degree in Engineering *Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, material management, and industrial engineering *Experience in a similar manufacturing engineer role *Computer literate with good technical capability For more information on this role contact Zoey at Cpl INDFLEX Skills: Manufacturing Engineer CI Engineer Process Engineer…
