The Role as Head of Sales

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead, inspire and scale our sales function.

This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for sales strategy, revenue growth and team performance.

You will work closely with the executive team to shape go‑to‑market strategy, strengthen our pipeline, and build a high-performing sales culture that consistently delivers results.

It will involve regular international travel to secure new partnerships and develop the client base

Key Responsibilities of this Head of Sales role

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned to company growth objectives
  • Lead, coach and develop the sales team to exceed revenue targets
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management and performance reporting
  • Drive new business acquisition while maximising existing customer revenue
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to optimise the full customer journey
  • Recruit, onboard and retain top sales talent as the business grows
  • Identify market trends, risks and opportunities to inform decision‑making

About You

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role (Head of Sales / Sales Director or similar)
  • Ideally worked for a luxury travel brand either now or in your previous roles
  • Strong track record of delivering and scaling revenue growth
  • Experience building, managing and motivating high‑performing sales teams
  • Excellent commercial acumen with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker who is also comfortable being hands‑on when required
