Maintenance Manager
Location: Cwmbran | Salary: £57,000 | Shift: Days
Job Role: A great opportunity has come to market for a Maintenance Manager to join a company that consistently invests in its site, equipment, and engineering infrastructure, ensuring engineers can work with reliable machinery and modern systems. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing a team of over 20 engineers in a busy manufacturing plant and will provide leadership and technical support across engineering functions including reliability, improvements, PPMs, CMMS, projects, etc.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of over 20 engineers in a busy manufacturing plant.
- Provide leadership and technical support across engineering functions including reliability, improvements, PPMs, CMMS, projects, etc.
Qualifications – Non‑Negotiable
- Experience managing engineers in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical engineering experience.
- Engineering qualification.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with reliability, improvements, CMMS, health and safety.
Qualifications – Desirable
- Previous experience working as a Maintenance Manager in the UK.
- Experience with FMCG or Food Manufacturing.
