We are seeking talented individuals that want to join us as Associate Director level project managers and can work with us on a variety of refurbishment and fitout projects for the retail sector in both the UK and Europe.
The project
Due to our continued growth, we require a project manager who will be responsible for the delivery of multiple fast‑paced property investments programmes for major Highstreet retail clients. This role sits in our consultancy business, specifically the commercial private sector so the successful candidate will have the opportunity to broaden their experience beyond retail in the delivery of fit-out and relocation projects for major corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Applying technical H&S expertise and promote an inclusive culture.
- Delivering project plans from inception to construction.
- Managing tasks and deliverables supporting senior leaders.
- Overseeing budgets, risks and long‑term functional development.
- Managing design and consultant teams collaboratively.
- Managing teams and stakeholders to achieve KPIs.
- Networking and drive best‑practice adoption across programmes.
Qualifications
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the retail sector.
- Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
- Commercial and financial acumen.
