Role Overview
Simply Education are recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants for Bicester primary schools. You’ll support teachers with classroom learning, assist pupils with SEN , and help deliver a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
- Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN
- Work with small groups or 1:1 pupils
- Aid classroom management and pupil engagement
- Assist with resources and activities to enhance learning
Skills & Experience:
- School or childcare experience is desirable but not essential
- Patient, adaptable, and reliable personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about supporting children and willing to learn
