Role Summary

A Project Engineer, overseeing the end-to-end coordination of engineering activities across the Grimsby to Walpole upgrade.

Key Responsibilities

Lead coordination of:

  • Design integration
  • Ground and site investigation activities
  • Land access and permitting
  • Oversee contractor performance and delivery across multiple work fronts
  • Ensure all subcontractors and delivery partners are aligned and mobilised

Manage:

  • Programme delivery
  • Risk and issue resolution
  • Technical coordination across disciplines

Interface with internal teams including:

  • Design
  • Commercial
  • Land teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety, technical, and programme requirements

Requirements

  • Strong civil engineering background (degree qualified preferred)

Experience in:

  • Utilities/power/transmission/pipelines/rail infrastructure

Proven track record in:

  • Project delivery and coordination (not just site engineering)

Experience managing:

  • Contractors
  • Subcontractors
  • Multi-disciplinary teams
