You will work within a team which manages a variety of work for defendant clinical negligence clients, including NHS Resolution and insurer / medical malpractice clients. You will run a caseload of clinical negligence files to include drafting reports , interviewing witnesses, drafting witness statements, instructing experts, instructing counsel, attending Court for Case Management Conferences and Application Hearings, negotiating settlements, holding conferences with Counsel, and preparing for and attending trials and mediations.
