As a Senior Director in our UK Construction practice you will:
Unlock Mega-major capital projects and Tier 1&2 contractor opportunities using your market knowledge and expertise to identify their needs, positioning Aon as their risk and insurance partner of choice.
Develop tailored revenue proposals using insights from similar clients and the full range of Aon services to ensure profitable, valueu2011adding propositions.
Collaborate with Project Management, Broking, and international Aon offices to ensure seamless delivery against the agreed proposition.
Shape and contribute to client service propositions, taking a leading role where required in customisation, quality control, and presentation materials.
Work closely with Claims colleagues to build a strong, differentiated Claims proposition for each new client.
Build strong internal relationshipsu2014particularly across Client Management, Client Services, and specialist teamsu2014to select the right experts for each prospect pitch.
Ensure full compliance with Aon Business Rules, FCA regulations, and all statutory requirements.
