Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and enhance the company's modern workplace and desktop infrastructure environment
  • Manage Windows 10/11 deployments, upgrades, and endpoint configuration across the business
  • Package, test, and deploy applications using tools such as Intune and SCCM
  • Monitor device compliance, patching, and security standards to maintain a secure desktop environment
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams to deliver workplace technology improvements

Desirable:

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and modern endpoint management tools
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Windows 10/11 environments
  • Scripting or automation experience using PowerShell or similar tools
  • Exposure to Citrix, Windows 365, or cloud desktop technologies
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
