VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Sales Negotiator for a leading property company based in Glengormley.
This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday-Friday, with flexibility available where required.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, agents, and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research and property analysis to support valuations and sales strategy
- Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, finance providers, and other parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions
- Negotiate offers and support sales progression activities
- Monitor and track property transactions through the legal process
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Support the wider property portfolio where required
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within property sales, estate agency, sales negotiation, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational and time management ability
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and commercially minded approach
