Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Planning student to join our Transport Planning team in Belfast for a Summer Placement. As part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you will support planning and appraisal across a range of transport projects—from active travel initiatives to major rail and road infrastructure. Our transport planners work closely with engineers, economists, town planners, and other specialists to deliver practical, real-world solutions. You’ll gain valuable insight into how appraisal supports decision-making on major infrastructure and public investment projects. Our Belfast team is part of a wider Transportation Consulting group across the UK and Ireland, giving you exposure to a diverse range of high-profile projects. This placement is ideal for a motivated and curious individual who is keen to apply their academic knowledge to real-world challenges, develop technical skills, and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. You’ll be supported throughout your placement with guidance from experienced colleagues and opportunities to learn and grow.
