Role Description
We are seeking an Accounts Manager & Producer to join our Greater London team full-time in an on-site role. The Accounts Manager & Producer will lead client relationships, develop creative marketing campaigns, and manage end-to-end production processes. Your responsibilities will include strategising and executing impactful brand campaigns, aligning deliverables with client expectations, overseeing budgets and timelines, and managing cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and success of projects while fostering exceptional client communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing client accounts, building relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong organisational and project management skills to ensure timely and efficient delivery of campaigns
- Experience in creative production, including managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of brand strategy, digital marketing, and experiential campaign execution
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams
- Experience in influencer outreach, talent management, and public relations is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with diverse and innovative projects
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
