Responsibilities
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive fault finding and repairs
- Service and maintenance visits
- Small works and upgrades
- Testing and inspections
- Occasional commissioning support
Systems to be worked on
- Fire alarms
- Emergency lighting
- CCTV
- Access control
- Intruder alarms
- Fire suppression systems
- Disabled refuge systems
- Integrated life safety systems
Required Experience
- Experience servicing and maintaining systems from Gent, Advanced, Kentec, Morley, Notifier, Hikvision, Paxton, Texecom, Galaxy, Dahua
- Fire biased or cross‑disciplinary skills acceptable
