Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Critical Care Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Lead Critical Care Pharmacists to deliver high quality, patient-centred care.
• Support safe and efficient medication management for critically ill patients and contribute to the ongoing expansion of our Critical Care pharmacy service.
• Take on leadership responsibilities through line management of junior staff.
• Contribute to clinical audits and actively participate in service development initiatives.
• Shape training and education for colleagues; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive improvements in pharmacy workflows and patient outcomes.
