The Role
- Directly support the VP of Operations and senior team members
- Broad mandate: execute ad‑hoc generalist tasks across the startup, new entities, and all operational needs to rapidly scale the London office and EU expansion
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Organisation and administration, with a current focus on EU expansion operations
- Ad‑hoc generalist execution across the startup and new entities
- Take ownership of tasks and close your own loops; elevate only when truly blocked
- Handle whatever is required for the office and expansion efforts
What We Are Looking For
- Low ego; willing to take on any task without limiting themselves
- Genuinely hungry and driven
- Comfortable handling varied work without a set playbook
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Strong public communicator; avoids siloed or private communication

- Fast‑paced environment; prioritise quick decisions over perfect answers
