Overview

We are delighted to be partnering with a Public Sector organisation in North Wales who are recruiting for a People Partner on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £42,398 per annum, alongside hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

They are seeking someone who can deliver a proactive, preventative and professional HR service by working closely with leaders to identify people priorities, shape people plans and support organisation-wide initiatives, acting as a key point of expertise on all people matters.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with leaders to provide day-to-day HR support and guidance across a wide range of people matters
  • Leading key people projects to deliver strategic objectives and support the organisation's wider people plan
  • Managing complex ER cases including grievance, conduct, attendance and organisational change
  • Coaching and developing managers to build confidence and capability in handling people issues effectively
  • Using people data and insights to identify priorities, support workforce planning and guide decision-making
  • Driving culture and inclusion by embedding values, promoting DEI and supporting a positive employee experience
  • Improving HR processes by identifying opportunities to streamline policies and enhance service

Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 7 capability demonstrated through qualification or equivalent experience, supported by ongoing professional development
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and the ability to apply it confidently in complex situations
  • Extensive experience advising managers across a broad range of people-related issues
  • Proven ability to deliver HR projects and initiatives that support organisational goals
  • Skilled stakeholder influencer able to build trusted relationships at senior levels and shape long‑term people decisions
  • Data-driven HR approach using insight, best practice and strategy to strengthen the HR service
  • Resilient and proactive partner who can handle challenging situations, offer constructive challenge, and work flexibly to meet business needs

Working Hours

35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
