Mobile HVAC Engineer
Location: Manchester Area
Salary: £40,000 – £44,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join a leading facilities management company, covering a portfolio of large commercial and industrial sites across the Manchester region. This role offers a great balance of site-based and mobile work, excellent overtime potential, and long-term progression within a globally recognised FM provider.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across HVAC systems.
- Working on AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VRV and VRF systems.
- Fault finding, servicing and repair of commercial HVAC equipment.
- Supporting general building services maintenance where required.
- Travelling between multiple commercial sites across the region using a company vehicle.
- Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards.
Sites
- Large-scale commercial and industrial environments
- Modern facilities including office spaces, canteens and operational areas
- Mixture of static and mobile working across multiple buildings
Package
- £40,000 – £44,000 basic salary
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- Company vehicle and fuel card provided
- Overtime opportunities available
- Call-out rota 1 in 4 (£150 standby payment)

Requirements
- HVAC / Air Conditioning qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
- Experience working on commercial HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VRV and VRF systems.
- Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
