Camino Search are working with a PE backed, Services firm in a period of transition. They are seeking a Group Finance Director to lead the finance function through a period of change and modernisation.

The role will require a hands-on leader, with a strong balance of commercial and technical acumen to drive change and execute on the value creation plan post deal.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including systems upgrades and process automation
• Partner with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure robust financial controls and compliance across the group
• Manage and develop a high-performing finance team

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with post-qualification experience in a group-level role
• Proven track record in finance transformation or change management
• Experience in a professional services or people-based business
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management xwzovoh skills
• Tech-savvy, with experience implementing or optimising finance systems
