Role overview

As part of the Central Live Service team, you will play a critical role within our central production team, supporting our Live Services processes and strategy. This position focuses on driving operational efficiency, alignment, and delivery excellence across cross‑functional teams, ensuring that core services, tools, and live operations support the needs of our game studios, live titles and general business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Project Coordination & Delivery: Plan, track, and coordinate central initiatives, while supporting the leadership team in maintaining structured oversight across a broader portfolio, ensuring alignment with studio and company priorities.
  • Live Service Support: Partner with live operations, production, and technology teams to coordinate updates, service releases, and live event schedules across titles.

  • Reporting & Risk Management: Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reports on surface status, dependencies, risks and mitigation plans. Coordinate and prepare materials in support of the Senior Director of Production, consolidating cross‑functional inputs to meet evolving and time‑sensitive leadership requests.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leadership to maintain alignment and accountability across initiatives, tracking commitments, surfacing risks or misalignment, and constructively challenging where needed.

What we are looking for

  • Shown experience managing projects in a live service or game development environment.
  • Strong understanding of live operations workflows, release management, and post‑launch production.
  • Skilled in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and related tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to influence and coordinate across teams and subject areas.
