Senior Brand Manager – FMCG – Food

Hybrid 3 days a week in the office (plus flexible hours) – Maidenhead, Berkshire

£55,000 – £60,000 plus generous bonus and car allowance

**Do you love working on a challenger brand, driving growth but want to the security of a bigger business? Do you love working on innovation projects?

We’re looking for a highly talented all round brand marketer to play a lead in shaping and delivering our UK agenda. This role is all about passion for brands and marketing, consumer centric thinking and drive.

Key requirements:

• At least 4 years marketing experience in a branded FMCG business.
• Preferably educated to degree level, ideally with a business or marketing related degree.
• A consumer first mind set in everything that you do, while always considering the implications of key decisions and actions on the retailer.
• A desire to constantly raise the bar in everything you do with a hunger to constantly learn, develop and grow.
• Able to interrogate a brand P&L, identifying issues and opportunities, making interventions at pace.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to constructively challenge, influence and persuade.
