Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain manufacturing applications including ePS (Tharstern), Kiwiplan, Corrugator Scheduling
  • Provide day‑to‑day support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Office 365
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal downtime for the business
  • Work with colleagues across departments to gather requirements and implement system improvements
  • Assist with system upgrades, configuration changes, and integration projects
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to maintain system performance

Technical Environment

  • Manufacturing business systems: ePS (Tharstern), Kiwiplan, Corrugator Scheduling
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, Power Automate, Office 365
  • ERP and reporting systems within a manufacturing environment
  • Windows Server and Active Directory (user/admin tasks)
  • Remote access tools and third‑party applications
