The menu is heavily influenced by Iberian and Latin American “Parilla” culture, where families and friends gather to grill meats and vegetables over open fires. Solis takes influence from both sides of The Atlantic – Spain, Portugal, Uruguay and Argentina.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Waiter to join our front line team at Arcade Solis (BPS)! With a buzzing atmosphere, globally inspired kitchens, and electrifying service, this is your chance to be part of one of London's most exciting dining destinations.
Responsibilities
- Be in charge of opening and closing the restaurant.
- Assist with the development of junior staff members.
- Communicate with guests in a confident and professional manner.
- Be responsible for delivering a consistent and high standard service.
- Be in your element delivering top‑tier hospitality with a positive vibe and great smile.
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and make menu recommendations.
- Keep things running smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams.
- Maintain & update cleaning schedules, records and checklists.
- Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices and procedures.
Qualifications
- Have 2+ years of experience as a Waiter or similar role within a fast paced environment.
- Bring a positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Love for food and drink and most importantly, bring a passion for delivering great customer service.
- Are a strong team player with excellent communication skills (English is a must).
- The ability to stay cool under pressure.
