About This Opportunity
Cumberland Council are looking for two dedicated Access and Inclusion Officers to join our Inclusion Service. In this vital role, you’ll help ensure that vulnerable children can access education and social opportunities, supporting their development and wellbeing. You’ll work closely with schools, families, and partner agencies to tackle issues such as poor attendance, exclusions, and children missing education.

£38,220 to £39,152 per annum

We’re seeking someone with a relevant degree or professional qualification, strong knowledge of education legislation, and experience working directly with vulnerable children and families.
