Senior Bid Manager at Cumming Group is an international project and cost management consultancy delivering innovative solutions in construction, real estate, and infrastructure. This role leads complex and high-profile bids within an agile, growing team. You will drive strategic and complex submissions, shape winning strategies, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic opportunities, from bid planning and strategy sessions to submission delivery.
- Shape win strategies, storyboards, key differentiators, and compelling client value propositions.
- Challenge and support technical teams to produce clear, persuasive content.
- Manage bid governance, compliance, quality reviews, and timelines to ensure robust submissions.
- Drive continuous improvement in bid tools, processes, and sector collateral.
- Capture lessons learned and ensure best practice is shared across the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing bids in the built environment or professional services sectors.
- Excellent editorial and writing skills, able to turn technical input into client-focused content.
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; InDesign is a plus.
- Familiarity with APMP best practices.
