Mid‑Level Estimator (£60,000 – £75,000)
You know your trade and you are ready for more ownership. These roles offer broader scope, direct client engagement, and the chance to lead tenders on significant programmes across Infrastructure, Defence, and Energy.
Senior Estimator (£75,000 – £90,000)
You have earned your expertise. These positions reflect that – commercially, professionally, and in terms of the influence you will have over bid strategy and estimating leadership.
What we are looking for:
- Estimating experience within construction, civil engineering, or a closely related discipline
- Relevant sector exposure welcomed at all levels
- Strong numeracy, commercial thinking, and communication skills
- Ambition to grow – or the experience to lead
- Data and Digital skills are ideal
