Project Delivery Manager

Contract: 12-Month secondment | Shift pattern: Full-time | Location: Field-Based

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the implementation of store interventions, ensuring alignment with our company strategies and financial targets.
  • Collaborate with stores and contractors to deliver transformations with minimal disruption.
  • Manage a variety of schemes and activity types, ranging from dispensary improvements to beauty hall reconfigurations and total refurbishments.
  • Support store teams and local transformational leads, driving progress and optimising return on investment.
  • Report directly to the Interventions Delivery Manager, playing a pivotal role in our Property Project Field Team.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Proven ability to work with complexity and change.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams, including external partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A full driving licence and the ability to travel across the UK.

It would be great if you also have

  • A background in store operations.
  • Experience in leading change initiatives within retail environments.
  • Familiarity with merchandising agencies and contractors.
