The Events Manager is accountable for delivering world‑class meeting and event experiences at Henrietta House, CBRE's EMEA headquarters in Bond Street. This Associate Director‑level role combines strategic ownership of the events programme with strong people leadership, ensuring all events reflect CBRE's commitment to excellence, innovation and client‑centric service. The role holds end‑to‑end accountability for a high‑volume programme of client and internal meetings and events (circa 100 per month), ranging from executive and fine‑dining meetings to client receptions, summer BBQs, and engagement events. The Events Manager owns the programme from initial booking through delivery and post‑event insight, ensuring consistent premium standards across all event spaces.

Leading a team of four, the Events Manager sets clear direction, priorities and standards, while enabling the team to deliver operational excellence. This dynamic leadership role requires strong judgement, organisational capability and a passion for creating memorable corporate experiences at scale.
