Business Systems Analyst/Developer

We’re working with a well-established and growing organisation to recruit a Business Systems professional to join their Business Systems team. This is a key role focused on ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of core business systems and ERP environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of analysis, development, and support, and is confident working across stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve Business Systems issues, delivering effective and compliant solutions
• Analyse, design, configure, and maintain Business Systems, including interfaces and reporting
• Support system stability through configuration, data maintenance, and report development
• Contribute to system lifecycle activities including testing, feedback, and continuous improvement
• Document analysis work, manage change control processes, and track issues professionally
• Act as an escalation point for Business Systems Engineers
• Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to support system needs
• Provide ongoing support for Business Systems and ERP environments
• Carry out scheduled activities, including month-end processing
