Senior Employer’s Agent
London | Hybrid Working
£70,000 – £75,000 + Benefits
Capstone Recruitment UK is working with a leading consultancy to appoint a Senior Employer’s Agent to join their London team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA to work across a diverse portfolio of high-profile residential and mixed-use developments, with clear progression opportunities available.
The Role
You will take a lead role across both pre- and post-contract stages, acting as Employer’s Agent on a range of projects within the affordable housing and residential sectors. You will be responsible for contract administration, drafting and reviewing Employer’s Requirements, and ensuring successful delivery from inception through to completion.
Key Requirements
– Proven experience operating as an Employer’s Agent (essential)
– Strong pre- and post-contract experience, including drafting contracts
– Background in residential and affordable housing
– Experience with JCT contracts (NEC or other forms beneficial)
– Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive project delivery
– Background can be from PM, QS, Building Surveying, or Architecture
– MRICS desirable (support provided for APC)
Desirable Experience
– Build-to-Rent (BTR), later living, or commercial sector exposure
– Experience working on large-scale or mixed-use developments
