Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Boldon Colliery NE35
Salary: 27k-30k DOE + up to 40% of your salary in commission
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent – Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

The Role:
- Generating qualified appointments for the New Business team
- Speaking with key decision-makers within target organisations
- Qualifying leads and updating CRM systems accurately
- Following up marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries
- Sourcing and pre-qualifying new business opportunities
- Maintaining an organised and up-to-date customer database
- Scheduling meetings effectively for the sales team
- Providing daily, weekly and monthly activity reporting
- Sharing competitor and market insights with the wider business
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience within telesales, lead generation or sales
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Target-driven with a resilient and positive attitude
- Strong listening and questioning skills
- Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working within a high-volume sales environment
- Good IT skills including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
