Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning and optimisation of Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns across in‑house brand portfolios
  • Develop long‑term growth strategies to scale Amazon performance and drive commercial outcomes
  • Analyse campaign performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders
  • Oversee campaign setup, targeting, and optimisation, ensuring execution aligns with broader business objectives
  • Act as an internal expert on Amazon Advertising, advising on best practices, platform updates, and retail media trends
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (eCommerce, brand, analytics, and commercial) to deliver integrated strategies
  • Balance strategic leadership with hands‑on campaign oversight

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Amazon Advertising
  • Sponsored Ads knowledge (desirable but not essential)
  • Amazon DSP knowledge (desirable but not essential)
  • Confident in stakeholder management and internal communication
  • Previous in‑house, eCommerce, or retail media experience is a plus
