Responsibilities
- A full 360 position with 2-5 years experience, driving business development through calls, emails, and meetings
- Building and managing your own network across European markets
- Sourcing and engaging C-suite candidates via headhunting, referrals, and advertising
- Providing consultative insights and market intelligence to clients and candidates
- Negotiating offers and securing successful placements
- Continuously developing your market expertise and personal brand
Qualifications
- You are currently a 360 recruiter who wants to pivot sectors or level up your current finance desk to work with C-suite candidates and have a fantastic platform in the Private Equity recruitment space.
- Highly driven, competitive, and results-oriented
- Confident communicator with strong influencing skills
- Resilient, entrepreneurial, and proactive
- Naturally curious and commercially minded
- Motivated to build long-term client and candidate relationships
