- Identify high potential companies who can benefit from Klaviyo’s solution
- Partner closely with experienced Commercial Account Executives to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies to generate opportunities
- Develop, test and iterate messaging across multiple channels, industries and personas
- Contribute learnings and best practices to the outbound process and team members to support the success of your peers

Who You Are
- Have 1+ years of work experience, preferably in an inbound or outbound BDR role at another marketing technology company
- Continuously seek improvement and are rigorous in your pursuit of it
- Are excited, motivated, and inspired by exceeding goals
- Are thoughtful, engaging, energetic, and self‑aware
- Have experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Focus on details, are a self‑starter, and are relentless but professional
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation
The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job‑related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign‑on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
Base Pay Range In Local Currency
£42,000 – £42,000 GBP
Travel
This role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events. Travel is coordinated in advance.
