Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE + high uncapped OTE

We are recruiting for a Field Sales Business Development role with a company that offers a wide range of Fire & Security products and services, including CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, and Fire Systems.

Location: Edinburgh (Central Scotland). This is a 360 sales position where you will identify, pursue and arrange meetings with prospects, manage and grow accounts, and close sales opportunities across multiple revenue streams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue and arrange meetings with prospects.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts.
  • Close sales opportunities across fire & security solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience selling fire & security products and services.
  • Strong understanding of ideal customer profiles.
  • Personable, self‑motivated, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Valid driving licence; has car allowance or company car.
