Head of Production
Location: Southampton
Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 + £5k Car Allowance + progression to Site Manager

An excellent opportunity is available to step into a Site Manager position and autonomously run the flagship site of an established and growing company based out of Southampton Docks.
The company has a turnover of circa £1bn per annum and operates in one of the UK’s fastest growing & sustainable sectors. They are undergoing significant growth with new sites opened this year and significant investment at existing facilities. Due to this growth & expansion, we are seeking a Site Manager to lead one of our key sites in the South.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an experienced team covering production, maintenance, export, and procurement.
- Have full autonomy in day‑to‑day work.
- Report key metrics to the Group Operations Manager to support decision making at the group level.
- Receive full industry, systems, and export training.

Requirements:
- Experience working as a Production Manager / Head of Production / Site Manager.
- Experience in the heavy engineering or similar industry.
- Competent understanding of maintenance engineering.
