Role Overview

As a BMS Principal Engineer, you will take charge of delivering expert support, energy engineering, and commissioning services. Collaboration with customers and team members is of utmost importance in achieving operational excellence and resolving complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of your customer base and fulfilling or exceeding contractual obligations
  • Working closely with customers to identify and rectify operational issues
  • Providing clear, concise service visit reports that highlight the value of the service
  • Collaborating with account management and administrative teams to deliver on-field quotations
  • Identifying energy and enhancement projects and providing beneficial suggestions for improvement
  • Participating in team call-outs and supporting other team members as necessary
  • Continually improving your technical and industry knowledge through training opportunities

Ideal Candidate

  • Possesses significant BEMS engineering experience
  • Demonstrates primary knowledge of Trend, Tridium, EcoStruxure or other legacy systems
  • Has experience working in a customer‑focused field service environment
  • Displays the ability to operate independently without supervision
  • Driven to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Has a flexible, self‑motivated approach to work
  • Holds a full driving licence
