We’re looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Streaming FP&A team, supporting international markets while working closely with global stakeholders.
This role sits at the heart of financial planning for streaming platforms (including Paramount+ and Pluto TV), helping turn data into clear insights that support business decisions.

What you’ll be doing
- Support monthly close, forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning
- Consolidate financial commentary and ensure data accuracy
- Manage and coordinate the planning calendar across teams
- Partner with finance stakeholders to track risks and opportunities
Reporting & Insights
- Deliver clear, accurate reporting on financial performance and KPIs
- Provide variance analysis with meaningful, decision-focused commentary
- Build and maintain presentation materials for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate across teams to understand key performance drivers
Systems & Projects
- Work with systems teams to improve reporting tools and automation
- Support the transition to Oracle planning tools
- Contribute to ad hoc analysis and strategic projects
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to tick every box, if this role excites you, we’d still love to hear from you.
- Experience in FP&A, budgeting, or forecasting (typically 4+ years)
- Comfortable working with financial data and large datasets
- Strong Excel skills (experience with SAP, TM1, Longview is a plus)
- Able to explain financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative mindset and proactive approach
