THE ROLE
Relay Direct is looking for a driven Junior Business Development Associate to join our growing Milton Keynes team. If you're ready to leave the classroom behind and start building a genuine commercial career, this is your entry point.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and engage prospective customers through direct outreach
- Represent Relay Direct's brand partners with professionalism and energy
- Support campaign strategy with insights from real customer interactions
- Contribute to team targets and participate in regular performance reviews
- Develop a deep understanding of sales cycles and client engagement
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Commercially curious with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working towards clear targets
- Any background considered — customer service, retail, and graduate applicants are all welcome
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
