Due to the nature of this sector, the role will be fully office based working.

Description

Working alongside a small team, the role of Learning and Development Business Partner is a fast‑paced and varied role, partnering strategically with leadership to proactively support people development within this first‑class organisation.

This will include but not limited to:

  • Design and implement learning and development programmes aligned with organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and suggest improvements.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee development and career progression strategies.
  • Lead the evolution of the Leadership and Management programmes.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally, influencing stakeholders and aligning development with business needs.
  • Support global development initiatives, occasionally travelling internationally to align and deliver programmes across regions.

Profile

A successful Learning and Development Business Partner should have:

  • Proven experience in learning and development – ideally within a similar fast‑paced sector such as manufacturing, logistics, retail, hospitality.
  • Ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ideally experience of working within a large, global organisation.
  • A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
