- Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, external parties, and candidates
- Partnering with PMs, Investment teams, Tech, Ops, IR, and HR on business‑critical coordination
- Supporting meetings, processes, and events that underpin core fund activity
- Building a deep understanding of how different functions interact within a hedge fund
This is a detail‑driven, high‑pressure role where scheduling is a core component – success comes from precision, resilience, and strong judgement.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years’ experience in a fast‑paced environment (hedge fund, investment banking, or asset management preferred)
- Background in coordination, scheduling, IR, events, or other high‑volume, deadline‑driven roles
- Proven ability to manage complex workloads and competing priorities
- Strong communication skills with confidence working with senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail and a solutions‑oriented mindsetPositive, proactive approach with strong ownership
- Comfortable working five days a week in the office

- Temporary, ongoing role with potential to convert to permanent
- Office‑based in West London (near Victoria)
- Core hours 8:00am – 5:30pm, flexibility required
