About the Role

You will join the Front Office team, working in the Reception area of the hotel.

Responsibilities

Supervise and deliver front office operations smoothly and efficiently, deal with guests’ queries and complaints, and create memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

Ambitious hotelier with some experience leading a team or ready for your first leadership position. Passion for exceptional customer service, excellent communication, coaching, and problem solving skills.
