- Position: Agile Project / Delivery Manager
- Day rate: 600 p/d inside IR35
- Location: Cheltenham (2-3 days onsite per week)
- Clearance: Highest level – Green Badge – Essential
- Start Date: September

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Agile Project / Delivery Manager to support a major public sector programme. You will oversee the build of digital services, ensuring smooth progress through agile practices.
Requirements include UK citizenship and permanent residence in the UK for the last 10 years.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project progress, reporting, and manage risks, issues, and budgets
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Support delivery through coaching, problem-solving, and removing blockers
- Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve escalations
- Create a productive environment for the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in software project delivery
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Effective engagement with senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of agile practices like user stories, backlog management, automated testing
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
