We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Collaborative Delivery Framework (CDF) with the Environment Agency. Location: Flexible across South West England – hybrid working. Contract: 12‑month fixed term. Hours: 45 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

Join our team working with the Environment Agency, where you'll play a key role in delivering flood and coastal risk management projects. What will you be responsible for?

  • Managing project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time and to budget.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Overseeing teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient and cost‑effective delivery.
  • Monitoring project finances and communicating performance across all assigned projects.
  • Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities through effective planning.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum HNC/HND in an engineering‑related discipline and a project management qualification.
  • Experience in project management with strong commercial & contractual awareness.
  • Excellent IT skills and experience of leading a team.
  • Full driving licence.
