If you enjoy SLA-driven environments, juggling multiple priorities, and being the person who makes everything work better – we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll Be DoingLead & Enquiry ManagementBe first point of contact for inbound enquiries via phone and shared inboxEnsure all enquiries are logged, acknowledged, and allocated within SLAAccurately input leads into Salesforce with zero leakageCRM & Pipeline AccuracyMaintain high-quality Salesforce data across contacts, accounts, and opportunitiesProduce weekly pipeline and activity reportsSupport forecasting, audits, and closed-lost analysisProposal & Sales DocumentationCreate polished, on-brand proposals using AI toolsPrepare contracts, quotes, tenders, PQQs, and sales materialsEnsure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance across all documentsClient Coordination & SchedulingBook discovery calls, demos, and follow-upsLiaise with trainers on availability, fees, and logisticsSupport scheduling for open courses and in-house programmesCustomer Experience & Account SupportLog touchpoints and support account management activityAssist with renewals, upsells, accreditation set-up, and feedback campaignsReporting, Improvement & OperationsProduce regular reports on leads, pipeline health, and performanceSpot inefficiencies and recommend process improvementsProvide operational support linked to sales activity when neededWhat We’re Looking ForEssential:Experience in sales support, commercial admin, or customer coordinationExcellent written communication and attention to detailHigh-speed, accurate data entryCRM experience (Salesforce preferred)Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)You’ll also be:Confident and professional on the phoneOrganised, proactive, and commercially awareComfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlinesAdaptable, solutions-focused, and always looking to improveWhat You’ll GetSalary: £26,000–£29,000 (DOE)Bonus: Up to 10% annual bonus based on company performanceHours: 37.5 hours per week (office-based at our Coventry HQ)Holiday: 22 days + bank holidays, rising to 30 days with serviceProgression: Ongoing training and development in a growing businessHealthcare: Private healthcare after 1 year (family cover after 5 years)Culture: Paid team socials (families welcome!), supportive and fun environmentIf you are interested in this position, please click apply!…
