Electronics Production Operative   Location: Solihull Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Working Hours   Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00 Friday: 07:00 – 13:00About the Role   We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Electronics Production Operative to join our growing team in Solihull. This role involves assembling and testing access control and fire alarm system products, ensuring all items meet high-quality standards.   You will play a key role in supporting production targets while maintaining a safe and organised working environment.     Key Responsibilities   Assemble access control and fire alarm system products Work from manufacturing orders, line cards, and samples Refurbish decommissioned equipment Perform hand soldering tasks Use manual and electrical hand tools Test finished products to ensure functionality Carry out quality inspections in line with company standards Report faults and issues to the Team Leader or Manager Meet daily and weekly production KPIs Maintain good housekeeping and manage tools effectivelySkills & Qualifications   Basic experience in manual soldering Previous experience in electronics manufacturing (preferred) Basic electrical knowledge Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills  Benefits   Opportunities for training and career development Supportive and friendly team environment Paid holidays and sick leave Overtime opportunities (where available) On-site parking Early finish on Fridays Employee wellbeing supportApply Now   If you have a passion for electronics and want to be part of a dynamic production team in Solihull, we’d love to hear from you….
