We are seeking an experienced IFS Manufacturing Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of IFS ERP / IFS Cloud manufacturing solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver functional consulting expertise across IFS manufacturing modules including production management, shop floor control, MRP, BOMs, routings, work centres, engineering, and capacity planning.
- Lead workshops, gather business requirements, and translate manufacturing processes into effective IFS solutions.
- Configure and support IFS applications through the full project lifecycle including testing, training, cutover, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with project teams, technical consultants, and business stakeholders to drive manufacturing process improvements and successful ERP delivery.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience implementing or supporting IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
- Experience with MRP, production planning, shop floor operations, engineering change management, and inventory integration.
- Ability to manage workshops, testing activities, user training, and documentation.
- Knowledge of ERP integrations, reporting, and data migration concepts.
- Strong communication, analytical, and client-facing consulting skills.
Preferred Background
- Experience within manufacturing, aerospace & defence, engineering, automotive, industrial, or energy sectors.
- Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- IFS certifications or manufacturing-related qualifications are advantageous.
