An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Manager to join this growing organisation, part of a larger Group that manufacture electronic components for a range of industries.

THE JOB

Your role will involve leading a team of supervisors and production operatives in order to achieve production targets. Working with IPC 600 standards and electronic components you will ensure that the production facilities are operating efficiently at all times. You will also work to lean principles in order to achieve ongoing best practice and operational and process optimisation.

THE CANDIDATE

Ideally you will have production leadership experience within an Electronics manufacturing environment. You will be a strong communicator with a solid grasp of lean principles and are keen to develop your career with this progressive employer.

THE PACKAGE

Salary between £45,000 and £50,000 depending upon experience.
