Job Overview
We are a startup focused on sustainable technology through ML and data‑centre technologies. We are recruiting two engineers: one focused on Digital High‑speed design (up to 100 Gbps) and one with a background in Digital Hardware who will take on a Technical Lead role with strong planning and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Extensive hands‑on industry experience in High Speed Digital Design for network applications at 100 Gbps and above
- Experience in hardware integration, preferably within RF/photonics/optics systems
- Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, signal processing and efficient power supplies
- Knowledge of EMC implications of high‑speed transmission
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g. TCL, Python)
- Knowledge of thermal and mechanical considerations in hardware design
- Experience using PCIe, CXL, RDMA, DDR4, bare‑metal use of high‑speed transceivers, Ethernet, IP
- Experience with FPGA/VHDL or Verilog is an advantage
